Lesson details

Practice makes for the perfect pour is what many baristas will tell you. Delivering the perfect coffee to your eager customer requires a few pouring techniques that you will need to master.

Firstly, you need to ensure you have a continuous stream going from slow to fast to slow, then ensure the jug is set close to the cup. But before you even touch your milk, don’t forget that different types of coffee will call for a different method of pouring!

In this lesson, learn the correct technique for pouring milk onto an espresso shot and how to control the split of thin and frothy milk when pouring a coffee.

This course is perfect for budding baristas or someone wanting to improve their skills and knowledge behind an espresso machine.
