Samantha Mellor has more than 20 years experience in various roles across different business models all within the hospitality industry.
Starting her hospitality career as a waitress in cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in the UK, Samantha spent eight years honing her craft and learning what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences. Climbing the ladder, Samantha soon began working in various management roles including Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and more. In 2006, she took to the seas and joined Princess Cruises as an Entertainment Host which not only took her around the globe but saw her provide nothing but amazing experiences, create lasting memories, and ensure that every cruise was a cruise of a lifetime.
In 2012, Samantha's passion for providing lasting experiences took her to the Art Series Hotel Group where she worked with Reception, Conferencing and Sales before becoming the Talent & Culture Advisor. Her role with Art Series has seen her work across multiple departments within the hotel industry providing Learning and Development opportunities, handling the Recruitment and Training for 5 new hotels as well as the recruitment for existing hotels, and driving company culture and creating unique and genuine experiences for team members to deliver to their guests.
