Tobie Puttock is a globally celebrated chef and best-selling author. Tobie has spent 30 years honing his craft as a chef and working in some of the most prominent restaurants in the world, including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen.

Tobie began his culinary career in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia, before moving to Italy to further his career and expand his knowledge. Soon after, he relocated to London, where he first met TV chef Jamie Oliver. The friendship proved fruitful both personally and professionally, and Tobie was asked to help establish Oliver's Fifteen restaurants - first in London, and then back in Melbourne.

In the time since, Tobie has published several cookbooks, served as Creative Director for Jamie's Ministry of Food, and appeared on countless television shows including My Kitchen Rules Australia and Ready Steady Cook. He is passionate about food education and sustainability, and is currently developing a sustainable ready meal food brand to help reduce food waste around the world.
