Alejandro Francino has been working in the hotel industry for more than 25 years. His experience has seen him work with major hotel brands before founding his own company, HBD Upselling Solutions which specializes in upselling solutions and training for hotels and resorts worldwide.
Alejandro has worked within different hotel chains including Hilton, Palladium Hotel Group and Meliá Hotels and Resorts, where he created the SME department. Today, he combines the role of leading his company, with another as a public speaker, traveling around the world to talk about different topics related to the hotel industry and, its new trends in sales and marketing.
