Scott Landers is a co-founder and CEO of Figure 8 Logistics, the world's first food delivery consulting agency, where he works as a food delivery consultant and systems engineer. In this role, he assists restaurants in taking control of their business and food delivery operations through the power of integrated native delivery.
Scott is deeply interested in and passionate about, the field of food delivery consulting and its wide-ranging benefits and challenges. Having been born and raised in East Texas on a six-generation Landers Family Farm, early on he developed a life-long fascination with food, water, environment, and produce. He went on to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering.
Since graduating, Scott has worked in several roles focusing on the relationship between food, environment, and transportation; these positions have included civil engineer, product director, and independent consultant to water and food organizations.
Scott's work has been featured in a variety of prestigious US national publications including The New York Times, Bloomberg, and Food & Wine. He lives in New York with his wife and schnauzer.
