Founder and President of Ethics Suite

Juliette Gust is the founder and president of Ethics Suite, a company that helps businesses identify, investigate and resolve alleged wrongdoings at their organization, such as workplace harassment and bullying, fraud, and misconduct, by providing a comprehensive solution for the anonymous employee reporting and tracking of such occurrences in the workplace. Ethics Suite also offers assistance with internal investigations and ethics and compliance-related consulting services.

In 2007 Juliette became a Certified Fraud Examiner and has gone on to manage more than 1,300 investigations across 75 countries. She has also advised on more than 10,000 employee ethics line reports and presented findings and recommendations before executive boards, federal and state regulatory agencies and audit committees in response to regulatory enforcement actions.

She developed and was the Director of the global Fraud & Investigations team for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and she also served as the Project Manager and a core member of Starwood's Anti-Corruption Compliance Program, leading the development of a best-in-class global anti-corruption risk assessment and audit program.

Juliette has also provided advisory services to a diverse group of clients as a manager and subject matter specialist within PricewaterhouseCoopers' Regulatory, Forensics, and Hospitality practices. While there she led investigations and engagements on a variety of matters including anti-money laundering, corruption and bribery, embezzlement and financial statement fraud.

As well as her job accomplishments, Juliette has received the Michael Batterberry Award and Scholarship (2003), was the winner of the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Accounting (2004) and is a former Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance Showcase of the Stars “Star”.
