Currently working for a global professional services company with more than a quarter of a million employees worldwide, Narelle’s role spans the Asia-Pacific region, which allows her to work across multiple borders to bring people of diverse backgrounds together around strategic change projects.
Passionate about enabling leaders and their teams to flourish in their workplace, Narelle has recently completed two years as the People & Performance Executive in a boutique hotel group. From leading teams of two to 25 members across multiple borders with many of those teams being extremely diverse in terms of age, skills, experience, and cultural backgrounds, Narelle delivers valuable business insights, and genuinely cares about her staff at an individual level.
Giving people the opportunity to be their best selves at work, and providing the support and challenge they need so they can achieve more than they ever dreamed possible, is where Narelle thrives. With her extensive experience, Narelle has learned that for a group of individuals to function effectively as a team, sufficient time and focus into the team dynamics is essential.
