Beginning as one of the original apprentice chefs at Melbourne's Crown Casino, Chris's journey has been marked by stints with some of the world's most renowned chefs, including Marco Pierre White, Curtis Stone, and Gordon Ramsay. His expertise and dedication have seen him climb the ranks to hold prestigious positions such as Executive Sous Chef at Araxi in Whistler, and Executive Chef at Seagrass Seafood Restaurant in Southbank, Melbourne.

Chris's career is highlighted by a series of remarkable achievements, including representing Australia in the 'Global Chef of the World' competition and earning a 'Chef's Hat' in the Age Good Food Guide for his work at the Royal George Hotel in Kyneton, Victoria. His global culinary influence expanded through his roles on luxury mega yachts, his executive positions with Celebrity Cruises, and his innovative pop-up restaurant concepts at the Shangri-La in Mauritius and the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Currently, Chris is the Owner and Executive Culinary Director at Steak Ministry Bar & Grill in Glen Waverley, a venue that has garnered critical acclaim, including the 2021 Restaurant of the Year award by popular vote in 'Steakout Melbourne'. Beyond his restaurant, Chris is the founder and director of the 'Steak Maestro' premium Australian beef brand, which exports high-quality Australian beef and produce to a global clientele.
