Raised by an Italian father and a Spanish mother, Beatrice Gallo was born in Milan and moved to London at the age of six. Surrounded by diverse nationalities and backgrounds, she quickly developed empathy and meaningful connections with others. A travel enthusiast and fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, and English, Beatrice has visited more than 40 countries.
Beatrice studied International Relations in French and Spanish at the University of Sussex, England, and completed a year abroad at the University of Science Po in Aix-en-Provence, France. Her fondness for the hospitality industry, inspired by her father's career, blossomed during her first summer work experience at the five-star luxury hotel Forte Village in Sardinia, Spain.
Her hospitality journey began as a receptionist at The Connaught Hotel, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group. In 2016, she was nominated for the AICR - David Campbell Competition, where she earned the title of UK Best Receptionist. The following year, she achieved the title of World's Best Receptionist, transforming her professional life and reinforcing her belief that the only obstacle to success is one's own mindset.
Beatrice's open-mindedness, passion for travel, and extensive experience in hospitality led her to a successful tenure as Sales Manager at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Now, she continues her journey as an International Senior Sales Representative at JamesEdition, leveraging her diverse background and industry expertise.
