Let’s meet our Heroes!

In this lesson, we’ll understand the key attributes that make for a good team player: both soft skills and technical skills. Working in hospitality, great people skills are key to your success, while technical skills can be learnt on the job with time and practice.

Our heroes show respect for their teammates, motivation to get the job done, and acknowledge that at the end of the day it’s all about the customers.
