At the end of the day life should be fun, and work should be too. So be yourself, befriend the customer, keep the venue clean, and have a good time at work.
Follow the steps: meet, greet, engage, and farewell. Aim to walk in as strangers, but walk out as friends. And remember: you’re on the same team, wearing the same jersey, and running at the same posts with the same goal.
