Working in hospitality, you’re at center stage – the Ultimate Hero in your establishment. To help you deliver an iconic experience for your guests, the 4 Pines team has put together this handy training course that explores the hospitality customer experience.

We’ll see two of 4 Pines’ Ultimate Heroes go head-to-head, presented with textbook stuff that you’d expect to see alongside some nightmare scenarios. Watch closely as they navigate their way through the shift.

Our Heroes are awarded 10 points when something is performed correctly, but lose 5 points for every error! Who will be crowned the Ultimate Hero Champion?

  • Preparing your venue before the doors open
  • Customer service principles, including: building authentic, genuine rapport with your punters; product knowledge; and how to deal with customer complaints
  • Bar fundamentals, including: pouring beer like a boss; pouring wine; and preparing spirit-based drinks
  • Food service, including: taking a food order correctly; running food correctly
  • Ensuring your venue is always looking its best during service
  • RSA skills, including: how to check ID; identifying an intoxicated person; and how to remove them from the premises
  • And finally, teamwork – one team, one dream
