Monisha Dewan is an experienced General Manager and Certified Executive Coach, working with some of the largest hospitality brands in the world. Under the brand name ‘Everything Sales’, she has consulted and created programs for organizations such as the Accor Group, Yum! Restaurants, Ecole Hospitality School, Medanta Hospitals and Pride Group Hotels.

Monisha began her career with a Bachelor of Science from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, and went on to complete an MBA from Pune University as well as a postgraduate qualification in Executive Coaching. Having worked in both sales leadership and general management roles, Monisha has also delivered leadership training and mentorship programs for a range of hospitality brands and businesses.

Monisha has received high acclaim and recognition for her work in hospitality, with awards to her name ranging from sales to management, including Renaissance Hotel’s Sales Leader of the Year 2003 (Asia Pacific region), and Hilton Garden Inn Brand Award’s 2011 Regional General Manager (Asia/PAC, Mid East, Europe & Africa).

With over 27 years of experience in hotel management, business development, and sales, Monisha maintains a strong belief in the importance of professional development. She pursues that goal through her many programs, which focus on enhancing profitability, customer centricity, and employee engagement.
