Roger Beaudoin is the President of Restaurant RockStars, an online toolkit for restaurants owners looking to maximize their sales and profits.
With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Roger has founded and operated four restaurant and hospitality companies. Recently, he sold the Matterhorn Ski Bar in Maine, which generated more than USD$1 million dollars sales in just four months and was named the best US Ski Bar by SKIING MAGAZINE.
Today, Roger uses his expertise in restaurant analytics, branding, training, systems, and efficiencies to help restaurant and hospitality business owners become profit rockstars. When he isn’t coaching, Roger hosts the Restaurant RockStars Podcast where he interviews leading restaurateurs, top chefs, and heads of hospitality technology companies to help other operators and managers improve their business and find success.
