Chef Akshraj Jodha is the Executive Chef for ITC Grand Bharat hotel in Gurugram, India. With over 20 years of industry experience, Chef Akshraj is passionate about training and sharing his expert knowledge with aspiring chefs around the world.

Chef Akshraj began his career as a kitchen executive trainee for ITC hotels. He has since been associated with ITC hotels around the world, where he continues to share his passion for culinary arts. He has been invited to participate in a number of culinary television shows, even playing a minor role in the Hollywood film, Viceroy's House.
