Lauren Wan is a learning and culture consultant, business development manager, and the founder of hospitality consulting firm Passionate Hospitality. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Lauren has developed a passion for helping newcomers find their feet, discover new skills, and thrive in hospitality.
Lauren’s background was originally in food and beverage operations, where she worked in a wide variety of hospitality environments - everything from luxury resorts to Michelin Star restaurants to chain cafes. It was in these roles that she discovered the passion for people and culture, and she has pursued a career in hospitality professional development ever since.
With a firm belief in the power of a diverse range of experiences, Lauren’s goal for herself and those she mentors is to broaden the hospitality talent pool, and empower others to contribute their unique perspectives to the industry.
