Fred Siggins is a drinks expert, writer, educator, and bartender. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Fred has worked for some of Australia's best bars and distilleries.
After a three-year stint as a senior bartender at The Black Pearl, Australia's most-awarded cocktail bar where he found success in several national and global cocktail competitions, Fred started his own consultancy involving freelance brand management, education, and events.
Fred is also a contributor to local, national and international food and drink mediums including Time Out Melbourne, Bars & Clubs Magazine, PUNCH and Eater.
