Dr Juliana Kyalo is a senior lecturer at Kenya Utalii College, a leading hospitality and tourism training institution in Africa. She holds a doctorate in Business Administration - Strategic Management, and is a certified hospitality educator by the American Hotel and Lodging Association. She has dedicated over 30 years to the pursuit of excellence within the hospitality industry.
Beginning her career as a catering supervisor, Dr Kyalo rose through the ranks to become a hotel manager. Her time in this role gave her a keen interest in delivering impeccable service and guest experience, as well as a drive to turn her hands-on experience into a thorough and supportive source of professional development for industry newcomers.
Juliana’s passion for supporting others led her to education, where she has dedicated her attention for the last 20 years. As a senior lecturer, she has assisted up-and-coming entrepreneurs in discovering their dreams, and turning them into reality.
