Denise Frem
Director of Housekeeping
Denise Frem is an accomplished hospitality professional with more than two decades of experience leading housekeeping operations for some of the world's most prestigious hotel brands, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, and Jumeirah Group.
Her career began in 2003 as a Housekeeping Supervisor and took her across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where she played key roles in pre-openings, operational restructures, and regional leadership. Known for her ability to transform service culture, Denise has driven initiatives that improve guest satisfaction, elevate standards, and empower teams to excel.
During her time as Director of Housekeeping at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, she led a major renovation project, launched a sustainability-driven in-house water bottling system, and helped the property earn a 4-Star Rating in the Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards and Hotel Team of the Year - High End at the 2023 Hotelier Middle East Awards.
A passionate advocate for team growth, structure, and service excellence, Denise believes that exceptional service starts with empowered people. She earned her Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches in 2024 and has been recognized as one of Hotelier Web's Power 25 Housekeepers.
