Hannah Crowley-McClelland has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 18 years and has developed a strong passion for delivering high levels of consistent, quality and exceptional service through housekeeping.
Hannah started her career as a minibar attendant before progressing to becoming a porter. Her experience and knowledge saw her become the Director of Accommodation for the Prime Minister and Cabinet in 2014 where she was part of hosting the G20 summit in Australia. From taking care of the accommodation needs of Barack Obama, Angela Merkel and Vladimir Putin to arranging logistics across three states for the bi-lateral meetings of more than 20 countries and their respective leaders, Hannah saw it all.
Throughout her career Hannah has also worked among several leading hotel chains she has worked for Mirvac Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Accor Hotels. Today, you’ll find Hannah working as the Chief Operating Officer at LUXXE, a boutique hotel services company operating across Australia.
