Meet Denham D'Silva, Founder and Head Brewer at Barossa Valley Brewing. Denham founded BVB in 2004, pursuing a passion for craft beer. He designed his business around three core principles: never compromise on quality; experimentation; and brew for the love of beer. These principles are still at the heart of everything BVB works towards today.
Denham came into craft brewing from the finance world, giving up a position as a vice president at investment firm Merrill Lynch to pursue a career in the independent beer industry. He purchased a beautiful property in South Australia, constructed a new home for an impressive five-vessel Bavarian Brewery Technologies brewhouse from California... and his dream for Barossa Valley Brewing was well on its way.
Today, Barossa Valley Brewing is an industry leader in combining cutting edge technology with exceptional hospitality principles.
