Front office behavior and presentation
In hotels, front office staff members represent the hotel but also represent what guests might expect from their stay in general. Are you neatly groomed, attentive, polite, and enthusiastic? A guest would probably feel confident that they’ll be well looked after. If you’re coming across untidy, unfocused, or even bored, a guest might feel less confident about their stay - and it’s much easier to make a good first impression than undo a negative one. In this lesson, Sofia Barroso Gomez talks through the importance of presenting yourself positively and confidently in a front office role.
