Rowena Carter is a human resources consultant with over 15 years of experience in the industry.
She is the owner and director of InMotion HR Consulting and the Director of HR for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. She has also worked with 8Hotels, Ovolo Hotels and The Lancemore Group.
Through a strong focus on company culture, engagement and strategic innovation, Rowena has achieved great results for her clients. In 2012 she won HR Associate of the Year at the HM Awards in recognition of her work with 8Hotels.
